以前、友人が企業するということで、企業生存率について話したことがある。その時の思い、起業した時の思い、今後の思いを備忘録。
企業の生存率「国税庁の2005年の調査・統計」
設立1年＝40％
設立5年＝15％
設立10年＝6％
設立20年＝0.3％
設立30年＝0.02％
1年で60％が倒産もしくは解散し、5年で85％が、10年では94％がそうなる。
5000社で1社しか残らない。これって奇跡に近いと思うんだよね。
当社はお陰様で今5年目。生存率は15%だから幸運なことに100社の中の15社に入ってるわけで、逆に言うと自信でもある。
でも未来は不安がいっぱいでもある。ほんとうに怖い。
当社の目標は「売上○○○円」とかでは無く、しぶとく粘り強い会社、すなわち設立30年以上を目指した会社です。数千分の一社になりたいのです。
そのためには段階があるのですが、そのへんは割愛。
例えば当社はオリジナルブランドを展開してるわけではないので、今後も爆発的に大きくなることはないと思うが、３０年もやっていくためにはそれだけお客様（固定客）に支えられた会社でなければならない。
とはいえ、10年以上続けようと思うとそれなりの売上高と利益がなくてはだめだ。
お客様に支えられるためのに、最も大事なことは”真摯に誠実に”と考えてる。
そして、都度チャンスがあればなんとか掴みに行こうと思っている。あらゆることで。
でなければ生き残れないだろう。
世の中の報道は通常、「年商規模は５００億円」とか「中期目標で売上高１００億円を目指す」などという情報に関心を向ける。
けれども真に価値のある情報とは、小規模ながら２０年や３０年続けてこられている企業の取り組みではないだろうか、と思っている。
そういう情報が発信されないと、中小零細企業はまったく先行きに希望が持てない。
生き残っているのは大手資本ばかりという状況になってしまう。
現にそのようになりつつあるのかも。
